Review: I laughed more in this movie than in any other of their ilk. Especially thanks to James Franco. Yes, Dean James Franco. Their comic timing is amazing and their sympathy is all consuming. I think the secret is that we (Frank allows us) to see the human being behind this cartoon irresistible. I was totally taken by the strange form of innocence that he emanates. We felt a loyal friend who is capable of extraordinary generosity. Her smile is as iconic of a film frame. Seth Rogen is also a lot of fun, but you can imagine that this is actually his character. Nothing wrong with that, but James Franks range is endless. David Gordon Green's debut with great commercial success. The comparison at the end takes a little 'too long, but all in all this movie is worth duties.
