The answer is, it can not. No film has as much impact as the godfather has been released show is simply amazing what can be said. What could be more attractive for people (even today) to watch actors like Al Pacino, Marlon Brando, James Caan, Diane Keaton, Talia Shire and Robert Duvall to be. This is like heaven for someone who is not a fan of movies. This film Brando was able to return to the spotlight. His performance as the godfather itself is iconic. His character is in so many films that have almost re-created, if not already become a cliché. His performance, even if it's not cliche. His performance was subtle and stunning. It was so genuine and real that it is not only likely, but definitely more real than Marlon Brando. Al Pacino was perfect for this film as well. What a way to start your career. His character was all about the depth and it appears perfect. He was able, his inner struggle in his soul, and the battles he had to show his family, friends and enemies. His character is more of a psychological character study than anything else for me. Robert Duvall was my adhesive film. He added a different perspective on it is just that he does not respect the Italian mafia. His character is a man of high authority belongs within the Corleone family and enlightening.
